Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our onward tickets and flight reservations.

Is a reservation the same as a ticket?

No. It is a real airline reservation with a booking reference (PNR), but it is not a paid ticket. It is meant as proof of onward travel.

Is it accepted at check-in and immigration?

Our reservations are real and can be verified on the airline's website, which is what check-in staff and immigration officers usually look for. Final decisions are always up to them.

Can I use it for a visa application?

Yes. Many embassies, including for Schengen visas, ask for a flight reservation rather than a paid ticket.

How long is it valid?

Usually 48 hours up to several days, depending on the airline. You can choose longer validity at checkout.

What if I don't receive it within minutes?

Contact our 24/7 support. If we cannot deliver, you get your money back.

Do I need an account?

No. You can book as a guest. You can save your bookings later with a one-click email link.
